LAYOUT / DIG
& STEEL
During the first stage of construction, our team will demo if needed, then layout the pool, dig the pool and finally steel it prior to first inspection.

GUNITE
STRIP & GRADE
Once it has passed steel inspection, we will shoot the pool with shotcrete. Then within a few days following we will have your yard stripped and graded

PLUMBING
After the yard has been graded, the next step is the plumbing. During this step we will install the pipes and pressurize the system for inspection. After it passes inspection, the equipment will be set.

TILE & COPING
After the plumbing has been ran and passed inspection, and trenches are filled. We can begin the tile and coping phase.

ELECTRIC &
BOND WIRE
Once the equipment has been set during the plumbing phase, the electrician can be scheduled to run the bond wire and install the pool panel.

DECK INSTALLATION
Next comes the footer or deck installation., If you do not have a screen footer, we will move right into deck installation. There may be a deck inspection depending on your municipality.

INTERIOR INSTALLATION
The pool finish is installed this week and is the last step before filling up your pool.

FILL & FINAL INSPECTIONS
Immediately following the interior installation, we will fill your pool using your water and provide you with a water letter of credit. Shortly following you will receive a final inspection information sheet and warranty information sheet. We will schedule finals when you're ready
