How we exceed expectations

From site prep to final sign-off, every Pool Captain project follows Florida’s residential pool codes to the letter—so you never have to worry about a thing. Here’s how we keep your custom pool journey smooth and compliant:

✔ Local Zoning & Requirements Before we dig, we verify your property’s setbacks, lot lines, and HOA approvals with your local municipality to ensure your project starts on solid ground.

✔ Statewide Compliance We submit all required documents—site plans, structural blueprints, plumbing and electrical details—under the Florida Building Code to obtain fast, accurate permit approvals.

✔ Plan Review & Approval Your build plans undergo review by local or state officials to ensure safety features, drainage, and layout all meet code. This typically takes 1–2 weeks.

✔ Inspections at Every Stage Expect multiple inspections throughout your build: ▪ Site layout ▪ Rebar/steel ▪ Plumbing rough-in ▪ Electrical connections ▪ Deck & barrier setup ▪ Final system test & approval

Each checkpoint ensures your pool’s safety, structure, and performance are second to none.

✔ Final Sign-Off = Pool Time Once all inspections pass, we secure your certificate of completion so you can dive in with total peace of mind.

✔ Licensed & Certified Pool Captain is fully licensed with the State of Florida. Our builders, technicians, and support team follow the latest standards to make your build worry-free from permit to pool party.
